This Privacy Policy explains how Torvmark Labs, operating under the Torvi Studio brand, handles information in connection with Sackrobat. It describes the current development version for iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The game is not yet publicly released or available through TestFlight.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we and our partners handle
Gameplay is processed on your iPhone. The game saves high scores, sound and vibration settings, and whether the first movement hint has been shown. These records stay in the app's local storage. Sackrobat does not send your scores, gameplay or settings to Torvi Studio and does not create a player profile or account.
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
3. Storage and connected services
Sackrobat does not implement iCloud synchronisation, Game Center or an online save service. Playing does not require an internet connection. Your device's backups may include the app's local data, depending on your settings. Backups are separate from game synchronisation and are managed through Apple or your computer; we do not provide or guarantee recovery of a saved score.
The Website button opens an external page in your browser. Visiting the website produces ordinary network requests, including an IP address. The website privacy information applies to those visits.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
The current development version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not process payment information. There is no Remove Ads purchase.
5. Analytics, advertising and consent
The game has no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, advertising tracking or third-party account service. It does not request tracking permission. Your iOS diagnostic-sharing settings can separately allow Apple to collect and share app diagnostics under Apple's privacy information. This is not an analytics tool built into Sackrobat.
6. Data sharing
We do not receive, sell or share a central copy of your game records. Support correspondence is handled through our email provider, Webhuset. Apple and your backup provider handle their own platform services according to their terms and your settings. We do not use support messages for advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
Local scores and settings remain until they are reset or the app's data are removed. In the game, use Settings → Reset high scores and confirm to clear saved records. This keeps your sound and vibration settings and does not reset the movement-hint flag. Choosing Delete App, rather than offloading it, removes its local app data. Existing device backups are separate and can be managed using Apple's backup controls.
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. No fixed deletion period is promised. You can ask us to delete information you sent us.
8. Your rights and choices
You can change sound and vibration in Settings and reset your records as described above. We have no server copy of local game data to retrieve or delete. For personal information you have sent us, you can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request restriction or portability where applicable. Email hello@torvistudio.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
9. Children
Sackrobat does not ask players for their name, age or contact details, and does not create children's profiles. If a child needs support, a parent or guardian can contact us without sending unnecessary information about the child.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the game's information handling changes. The revision date appears above. Features discussed for a future version are not described as active data processing.
